Tom and Janni served almost 2 decades in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico. Their experience in Latin America focused on discipleship, church-planting, and equipping leaders was God’s training in language/culture for their present ministry, home based in the USA, to Spanish speaking leaders.

• We serve Latin Americans locally and globally. We equip and encourage for fruitful ministry, regardless of geographic location.
• As a trained coach, Tom helps pastors explore areas which limit effectiveness. Regular conversations provide a safe context to discuss life/ministry. Using questions, he helps men explore the challenges of their ministry context and come up with their own solutions. Tom thrives on helping others thrive in their calling!
• Tom also empowers people via Novo's ReFocusing seminars: Awaken and Activate.
• Janni is committed to mobilizing Spanish speakers to serve God out of a vibrant walk with Him.

We long to reverse attrition rates of Hispanic leaders who give up on the desire God has placed in their hearts to live joyfully and fruitfully in His Service. Our passion is for God’s Kingdom to expand as people experience God deeply in their lives!
